Aside from writing UI display text, authoring specifications, and regular communications with project teams, I also write web content, including web page copy and articles.

Article: Bad UI or Bad UX? The Real Story Behind the Hawaii Missile False Alarm

This is a ~1100-word article I wrote for ErliBird. The article followed up on the UI/UX issues related to the "Hawaii missile false alarm" story. In the early days after the event there were widespread assumptions about how bad UI helped cause the scare, and it was fun to circle back and see whether those assumptions proved out after investigations found what really happened.
